2005 Nissan Maxima SE Finally Sold

Well guys it was a real pleasure chatting with you all here on the org. I've been a member since 2001 (different names). I had a 5.5 gen, a 2004 SL (lemon) and a 2005 (November 2005) SE with many mods....almost too many to count from light pulleys to LEDs inside and out. CAI, Strut bars...etc.. You name it. I participated in the forums with my experience and advice and that, I enjoyed tremendously. I made some great friends here because of the org. I even went to a Maxima meet once in Florida...(albeit with a rent-a-car since I flew down.) I had a blast here. Pictures, mods, parts, in fact all sorts of things. I finally sold my 2005 Maxima today after offering her for sale last year in the summer. She sold for a good price. I took her off the market in the fall as I decided to driver her a bit in the winter on the nice days. She had 195K kms. with a new transmission at 105K kms. Since July 2012 I am the proud owner of a G37xS Coupe in Red that I call Redhead. All my friend say that it figures that I would buy a red car since I know so much about car care. I bought Pop intakes for her and a front strut bar. I plan on some mods such as the UPREV Osiris tune and a few other goodies. I would love to add airbladders as coil-overs (K-sport) and there is a Stillen Super charger good for 500 + HP. In fact some dealers are selling new G coupes with the supercharger installed full warranty! The kit comes with a new fuel pump and injectors. Kinda expensive though at about $7 k installed! Ouch! But still you can almost reach 400 by changing a few parts. When the guy who bought her took my plates off and put his on and then when he backed up out of my driveway I almost cried. I know that sounds silly but I had that car for 8.5 years and there were some really good times with that car. My daughter grew up around that car. From an 11 year old to graduating high school and junior college and then on to McGill University. This car served our family really well and she was a beauty turning heads everywhere she went. She will be missed!Name: IMG_2171.jpg
