Tapping 12V central current

Hey guys,

So I have this problem: I connected the under body LED kit, but I didn't have enough cable to guide all the way to the interior. I also have additional LED stick which I want to put behind the grill. Where do I find a place where I can safely tap off current and connect additional LED accessories? It would be nice if I would have a central point where I can reach with my hand and turn everything off with one push on the switch. In the cabin I have a 12V splitter, where I have interior LED kit connected. Can I tap the current from there?
