2004 Maxima, how to jump AC Compressor

My compressor is not engaging, and I want to jump it to see if it is the clutch, some other problem, or the compressor itself. I can only find one wire leading to the compressor, and I do not see any sensors on the hi or low side lines. How do I jump the compressor? Thanks for any help.

You can jump 12 volts to that one wire on the compressor and that will energize the clutch.

Your compressor may be low on charge, though. There is a pressure switch between the radiator and the passenger headlight that will keep the compressor from running when refrigerant pressure is low.

DennisMik is right sounds like there's a leak common issue with the 6th gens I wouldn't rule out the compressor but I would start with checking for leaks
