Clutch Problems...

I have searched alot into this problem and I still dont get an answer... I replaced my clutch, the slave, and the master cylinder little more than 500 miles ago... Now when I drive on traffic or stopping in a traffic light and keep pressing the clutch for like a minute it get stuck down towards the floor and I have to pull it back up with my feet... the master cylinder is new and I bleeded it like 3 times already.. does this mean that the master is faulty... another problem i noticed today after the break in when I started shifting hard shifts the car jumps a very weird jump and i feel like something hits underneath the car and the pedal starts acting up ( it gets higher and stiffer and then it get lower again) are these two problems have any relation....

Is the spring in your clutch pedal assembly intact?
