No start after swap

No start after swap
06 Maxima, recently had an 08 engine installed in it.
Turns over but doesn't start after swap.
Codes show P0603 and P0345.
From what I've read, 603 comes from disconnecting the battery.
P0345 seems to be Cam sensor related? Is that correct? How difficult would it be to swap the cam sensors from the old engine (06) to the new one (08)?
Do you think that would solve the problem?
