I've been looking and cant seem to find a solid answer to what my options are for headers for an 07 auto. I see lots of Cattman installs but I'm looking to go something cheaper. I have done a few 3.5 and 2.5 header installs with extended 02s and foulers and had success with no cels so I'd like to go that route but Ive read that I may have oil pan clearance issues on 07/08s. Does anybody have anymore info on this?

Not sure, but will Altima headers fit? If so, few more options there.

I would assume that the headers are not the issue being a vq35 but I think the y pipes are different. I don't see any listings for headers for an 07/08 but I see Cattmans headers/ypipe are good for 02-08. Nobody has ever modded their exhaust system with something other than Cattman? Come on guys. Thinking about trying some 02-06 Altima for this 07 w/cvt. Anybody installed headers on 07/08?

 

Cattman headers from the 95-03 wont fit the 6th gen due to said y-pipe. 04-08 are compatible with the 02-06 Altima headers. 07 Altima, (L32) is a newer mode than the 02-06, whereas the 04-08 Maxima is the same.
