Newbie with questions about newly acquired 04 maxima

Hello all. I am new to this forum.

My wife and I recently purchased an 04 maxima for our son for his first car.

The car runs well, except i have noticed several issues starting to crop up that has me concerned.

First thing I noticed was that the automatic driver seat and steering wheel positioning seemed to stop working. sometimes the steering wheel would again move upon entry and/or starting the car, then it would stop working again, not responding to the manual switch. I've read here about the possibility of pinched wires under the driver seat, which I did check for. I've also seen on this forum the additional issue of the power seat not working as well, but my power seat is working with the manual switch. What's interesting is that the manual steering column position switch will work in the forward and back direction, but not in the up or down direction I still can't set or recall any seat or wheel positions.

The other day the windshield wipers stopped working, and I thought "oh boy, this car has serious electrical issues".
turns out the fuse was blown, but not sure if the two issues are related or not.

One other thing I noticed while under the hood was that the connector where the DTRL relay says it's supposed to be is empty Is that possible???

Sorry for the long post. Just trying to get this car in order for my son for the winter. Thanks in advance.
