2007 Maxima

I need help!
My wife put the Maxima in the ditch(ICE) I went to see if I could get it out and the car started fine, but could not move it. I returned two hours later to tow it out with a tractor, before towing it I tried to start it but the Batt. was dead(car was left in neutral and the key was still on) I tried to jump it but it would not fire. I towed the car to my home and put the battery on a slow charge...good battery turns over strong but will not start. key fobs don't seem to work either. they won't lock or unlock the doors and don't have to be with the vehicle to turn the engine over.....anyone have any ideas???? anything I can do before I have it towed to the dealership????? Thank you

did you check all of your fuses? Did the airbags deploy? How bad is the damage? Where did the car hit? Is the check engine light on? If so what are the codes? I think these questions are important to be answered for a better assessment.

checked all the fuses and all checked out ok. there was no damage or impact. air bags did not deployed. do not have a code reader. the engine light is on. seems like it might be a computer issue due to the fact now the auto seat adjustment is no longer working and key fob is not needed to turn the engine over.
