Bought used 2004 Nissan Maxima at an auction
Runs good, but bad radio reception.

Previous owner removed the satellite radio.

FM reception is extremely static filled.

I don't know if there as antenna wire or something that wasn't plugged in.

Also there is aftermarket tint on the back windshield, So possibility that could be interfering with reception?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

 

Probably has or had an FM modulator for the satellite. Pull the stereo out and make sure the antenna wire is plugged directly into the deck.
