cornering light fuse?

cornering light fuse?
Is there a fuse to the cornering lights? Or a way to bypass them so that my turn signals don't blink fast? I retrofitted my headlights this weekend and installed some demon eyes. But I couldn't get the harness to come off the cornering lights so I cut them. Even after I got the bumper off, they wouldn't come off. Can anyone help? Thanks!!
