P0037 and P0057

Hi all, I ma having this strange issue going on. I hope someone can help me out here.

Few days ago I was driving my maxima and I saw burnt fumes came in side the car. It came from right hand side between the gap at gloves compartment and CD/Audio control panel close to the passenger side heater control switch. Fumes laster for minutes or so and went away.

I know something must have burnt. I have after market rear downstream sensor installed. I scanned the codes and they are P0037 and P0057. I cleared the SES codes but it came back within 15 miles of driving.

What is going on here? What do I need to looked at it or what I need to replace? Car runs absolutely fine but I do not want to continue running to burn cats if car is running to lean or rich.

Please help!!!

Fark....

Seems like ECU because its behind the glovebox. I wonder if the ECU is fried or part of the ECU fried and not seeing sensors. Besides this car runs fine.

Did anyone experienced this?

Check your fuses, you probably blew one of them.

Yeah that's what I did but there is only one fuse and that is under steering wheel compartment fuse box and that fuse is perfectly fine.

Both codes seems like pointing out to two individual fuses. Do you know if there are more fuses for O2 sensors somewhere else?

The under the hoof fuse box gives no reading reference to tell what fuse/relay is for what.
