Can someone help me with some ideas on how to make my 2006 maxima SE faster?

One quick and easy way to get a few more ponys is to get rid of the very restrictive aircleaner and get yourself a cold air intake. Im running a K&N kit and noticed right away quicker acceleration and a faster 0 - 60. Some key things to think about- Engines like to breathe and they like not having a ton of back pressure. Your next step should be exhaust- headers and a good 3" crossover setup will harness a few ponys as well... I didnt go the route of, as I call it, the fart can exhaust because honestly, it sounds like ****. I opted for a very classy 3" dual set up and it sounds great and I can easliy keep up with more modified cars...
