Knocking sound after a cold start

Whenever I start my car from a cold start it starts doing a loud knocking sound on the right side and after a few seconds it goes away. I know all the belts/chain is on the right side but i'm just not sure

Hello,

might be the timing chain tensioner, had that problem more than a year ago, tried changing the oil and nothing, until I changed that tensioner everything went back to normal.

piston slap or the timing chain flopping until the tensioner builds pressure
