2007 SE No Power to OBDII Port

Hello Maxima people!

I think my OBDII port isn't getting any power. I have this dongle which is supposed to record my driving stats, but it's not working. It's supposed to show data activity lights when plugged in, but nothing is coming on. What are some things I can do to try to troubleshoot this?

I can say, my two power ports work fine and I don't see any obvious blown fuses in the driver side fusebox. I've looked in and around the OBDII port and everything looks okay except for this random loose connector, pictured below. Is this supposed to be there? It only has one blue with sliver striped color wire running to it. Also, how would I test the OBD port with a multimeter? Thank you for any help in advance. I can take more pictures under there if need be.

Leave the white connector alone -- that's your TPMS interface plug incase you want to manually relearn tire pressure sensors in the future: http://www.myg37.com/forums/d-i-y-in...-for-free.html

You can try your dongle thing on another car to see if its works fine or just take your car to an auto store and have them scan for engine codes with their OBDII device to see if the port works fine for them
