Power window issues

For some reason all of a sudden all of my power window motors are dying. Now on the back passenger side the the switch will allow the window to go down but not up. I know that it's the motor because we had to jump the motor and the window went up just fine. On the driver side the motor is Completly dead. Anyone with any ideas please just let know don't reallu know what to do

If you gave the rear passenger motor direct power and the window rolled up fine then the window motor is not the problem. The problem is your window switch. To verify this you can use a test light or a DMM and check that the switch is sending power to the motor in both the up and down position. As for the driver side, if you gave the motor direct power and the window didn't roll up or down then yes the motor is dead. If you are mechanically inclined and know how to solder you can repair the motor yourself and save yourself a lot of money.

I have a 08 max SL and my windows go down good. When the window goes up it is pretty slow until a little bit past half way then it speeds up but just the fronts do it no the back any input on this annoying situation?

Have you tried a little silicone lubrication on the window slides and the scissor mechanism in the door? If you get a bit if grit in them, it will cause the exact symptoms that you are describing.
