Debris inside the projector lens?

Not 100% sure on what is going on here. Does this look like debris on the inside? I don't think its burnt. Is there a way to clean the inside of the projectors?

It looks like water has gotten in there before (esp. looking at top right)

I think the dark black spots on bottom that look "burnt" may indeed be that, because water got in there and those spots did get burnt. All that can easily be cleaned off but you'd have to take apart the light and projector

I read somewhere that the projector can be removed for the headlight by removing 6 screws is that true? What would I use to clean the lens?

you can get long q-tips for cleaning things and some rubbing alcohol and clean them right up. take out your fog lights from the back and get busy cost about $4.
