MAF sensor and oxygen sensors

MAF sensor and oxygen sensors
In the process of replacing all my oxygen censors and MAF sensor. Has anyone done this process? If so in what order did you replace the sensors? I want to get this right the first time so I can move onto replacing the timing chain and sprockets. Any help is very appreciated.
