Brake Issues After Upgrading
Brake Issues After Upgrading
So i went out and got new braided brake lines, new rotors, ceramic pads, and even replaced both rear calipers, when all was said and done, bled the system and now the pedal goes all the way to the floor with no brakes or very little, I then made adjustments at the pedal and went from no pedal to a lot of pedal, it was even so much the that brakes were engaged a bit. Finally found a sweet spot that offers brakes, Any idea why my pedal feel would change so much after an upgrade(what i thought was making things better)?
No leaks
Master cylinder ok
No vacuum leaks from booster

One more thought... Are the bleeders on your rear calipers at the top or bottom of the calipers? If they're on the bottom, you've installed them reversed L and R (don't laugh, I've seen it happen), and they won't bleed all the air out unless the bleeders are at the top.
Hope that helps. BP
