2004 Max Elite Front seats heat - Not working but the rear does

I got no heat on the front two seats - no light on the switch, no heat in either position for driver or passenger. The heat works fine on rear seats. The 15A fuse under the hood for front seats is good.

So either it is the relay, the switches or the heating element, right ?

Both of them not working makes me think it is the relay but I am not sure. The dealer wants $90 an hour just to diagnose the issue.

Any thoughts ? Also anyone know where the relay is located ? Thanks !

The relay probably isn't your problem because the power for the front and rear seats comes through the same relay. It is not ruled out, but the odds are low.

The front seats have their own fuse and the rear seats have their own. Fuse # 29 is for the front seats and fuse 24 is for the rear seats. Both fuses are 15 amp. The two fuses are located in FUSE AND FUSIBLE LINK BOX that is under the hood by the driver side headlight. I would check fuse # 29 first.

See page 68 in the link below for a diagram of the fuse layout.
