2008 Maxima exhaust kit

Whats up guys, I have a 2008 SE and I was wondering if its possible to make it sound like a G35/G37? If it is what kind of kit would be necessary? and also what would be the best cold air intake for the Maxima? Any help is appreciated.

SEMaxima,
I am in the process of doing the same thing. I've spent a lot of time talking to a few knowledgeable people about the same question you have. Here is what I was told to do.
1.Buy a Cold Air Intake. I have the Injen http://injen.com/search.asp?stop=1&Y...elID=85&Eng=V6
2. Buy the NWP spacer kit. http://www.nwpengineering.com/Phenolic_Spacers.html
This is where I am at currently, along with the midpipe cut out and replaced with a wider straight pipe.
3. Buy 3 good quality mufflers, I was recommended Vibrant, 2 will be okay if you are just doing Cat Back, but I was told to buy 3 if you are replacing the ypipe and pre cats.

At this point you should notice a dramatic increase in sound and horsepower.
