Difference in the 04-06 and 07/08 engines?

Other than the horsepower difference, what, if any, are the differences in the engines? There is a totaled 04-06 Maxima and I want to ask the owner for his plenum, just to send out to get machined. I am not sure if it will fit.

There is no difference between the 04 and 06 engine. 07, there would be an oil pan issues due to the 07-08 being CVT.

And the 04-06 has a place for an egr tube on the plenum but it can be blocked off
