Car does not have any pickup speed.

Pull the code and repair what is wrong.

 

I am trying to find out if limp mode can be cleared after installing new fuel injector and it should start to pick up the speed.
It don't require any other procedures.

 

Is that the code that caused it to go into fail safe mode?

 

not sure
spark plugs, head gasket, coil packs were replaced but p0303 error code does not go away. now car have poor accelerate. it wont go beyond 20 MP. I suspect fuel injector needs to be replaced.
not sure if car is in limp mode and require any ecm reset.
