Won't start but only when it is above 80 deg outside
First start on the morning is always fine and mostly throughout the day too. When it is warm out my car will not start. 1st attempt it will kind of sputter for a little bit and then die. I get the smell of fuel during this as well. If I try to give it any additional fuel it just dies. I've tried releasing the fuel cap thinking maybe the evap is clogged and there was too much pressure, O2 sensors replaced about a year ago, map sensor replaced, fuel pump replaced 6 months ago. No codes or SES light. I used an ODB Bluetooth reader and coolant temp was at 180 deg, fuel system status was "open loop due to insufficient engine temp". I would think this would need to be closed correct? Or does it only close once the car is running and at operating temp? Please help I dont know what to check/replace next. Thank you
