Getting less gas mileage

Can someone please help me? I just finished fixing sensors on my car and gas gauge. Now that I did that my car is receiving 6mpg instead of the previous 13.9 mpg. What should I do?

What sensors did you change? You may have to reset your ecu. Do you run premium? When was the last time you changed the sparkplugs, air filter, and oil?

I changed the the three cam shaft sensors and I got an oil change with a new filter and spark plugs. How do I reset my ecu? I run BP 87 most of the time.

you do know that premium gas is the best to use in any car?? oil stays clean and engine runs at it best.
