06 maxima jerks when changing to D

When shifts to D my maxima takes a little while before a hard jerk.
No slip no other symptoms. Note it does this only when the car is warmed up, when it's cold there is no jerk at all for about half hour. Transmission fluid looks good. Sensors were also replaced due to having issues previously. Any suggestions? Thanks

What's the mileage? Has the valve body or the solenoids inside it been replaced before?

Your valve body is probably acting up.

what about the motor mounts? I had a machanic checked it he said all the engine and transmission mounts are bad. My argument was if the mounts are bad then why it doesn't do it when the car is cold, when it becomes warm it jerks in D and shifting plays up with rev some time when driving but when I shift gears manually they shift normal. Thanks
