guys need some help. i have this air pressure sound coming from under the dash/floor area on the passenger side in the car. after a while this area gets hot to the touch. the plastic part in the photo. is it something to do with the heater core? this is with the the air/heat off and still makes the sound. when you turn the car off it slowly stops making the sound so it’s definitely pressurized. any help is appreciated. its an 04 maxima SL. been sitting in my garage for 5 months but i start it every couple weeks.
