Hey guys i searched and found a thread about steering that was sticking when you turned the wheel back and forth.
and the guy that wrote the thread was right on target and helped me fix mine.
It was the lower universal joint on the steering column, i had to soak it in lubricant and work it back and forth.
Now it works perfect, i am going to find his thread and thank him for the fix.
