Magnaflow Y-pipe has a smaller cat than stock

Hi all,

Getting the chain tensioner job and had to also buy a Y-pipe. The only one I could get reasonably priced and quickly shipped was Magnaflow, and it looks fine in all respects, except that the cat size is about 30% smaller than stock.

Is this Okay for VQ35DE?

The pipe diameter and all bolt-on flanges are exactly the same. Only the diameter of cat in the Y-pipe rear where it bolts to the resonator is different.
