Can someone identify this wiring harness hanging in my front bumper?

Got hit while I was parked and want to learn a little bit about whats going on up there and or make sure my insurance company does not miss anything. Can someone tell me what this wiring harness is for? It runs just past the drivers side fog harness (also pictured) then just stops. Looks like it has a tab and was supposed to hang somewhere? Id guess some it's some kind of sensor. Looking forward to what you pro's have to say! Thanks.

No clue. Try tracing it with the FSM.

The first and third pictures are of the same thing... the second shows it running above the drivers fog. Thank you though your info was enough to get me more info through google. Definitely ambient temperature sensor, I just cant figure out where its supposed to be mounted.
