Hey I'm new 08 Nissan maxima 3.5


just got this sweet maxima with 125000 miles on it but it burns gas a little is car known as a gas saver or just a performance sedan

Red...quite a rare color, looks great!

Best highway trip I ever got with just me in the car think it was registering around 24mpg on the dash, which equated to about 23mpg when you did the math at the pump. The only place this car was efficient was around 55-65 mph, but you had to hold it there for a while. It was the early adoption of the CVT, the newest maxima is worlds apart from the 6th gen with regard to performance and great MPG. I've seen well above 33mpg on highway trips with the 2016.

A note, those chrome center pillars would look better if you got a chrome cover for the rear of the rear door window. Rear door being the original black it sort of sticks out. That's one thing I'd look to change. With the wheels that big, I definitely like the chrome pillars though...just gotta get it all to match.

It all came decked out like that but I will change the chrome pillars to a black chrome finish

Are chain tensioners and rear pre-cat new or original? If you see your MPG low and increasing, your rear pre-cat might have started to fail and soon you will get the dreaded code.

Everything is original only had one owner but she doesnt know about cars

Damn really I was just gonna by kyb spark plugs and wires ignition coils because I know they never been changed
