Just bought a 07 se any tips or suggestions what to do first, as in keeping it in mint condition and making sure the timing chain doesn’t go on me

Real talk, NO! Nothing you can do will prevent the Timing guide from failing it has not been replaced already. I just spent a whole week replacing my Timing Chain everything (expect the secondary chains), and the oil pump. My oil pump completely failed and broke which in some miracle did not lock my motor. So I had to fix that too.

Check your local Nissan dealerships for oil change specials, I never pay more than $20 for a complete oil change. Unless you prefer to do all your oil changes and put "special" oil in your car.

Good luck.
