6 Codes Scanned on 2005 Maxima SL

Hi...Please I need help with my 2005 Max SL. Automatic.

After going through 3 hurricanes. I scanned my car and the following codes showed up:
C1130, P0780, P0735, P0726, P1800, P0340.

CHECK ENGINE, TCS OFF, SLIP LIGHTS ON.

Just under 45,000 miles.

Symptoms: slow turnover, limp mode, hesitation at lights & stops, can't go up hills, hard jerking when changing gears, oil leak and probably more that I can't think of right now.

There is no one that can fix a transmission problem where I live, so that is out of the question. And I'm not shipping one to the island. Too expensive.

I don't have a lot of money to put into it. I can't buy expensive parts and keep going back and forth to mechanics to keep getting diagnosed. I already spent thousands of dollars on parts and mechanics.
No more throwing good money after bad.

The inside basically looks new. Outside not too much, but who cares at this point.

Would you sell or try to fix it?

If selling, about how much? Just based on miles and mechanical problems.

Thank you very much!

PS: Please no sarcastic or mean answers. If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything. Thx.

You need a valve body (P0780, P0735), Camshaft sensor (P0340), and VIAS control solenoid valve (P1800)

Did all these "codes" occur at the same time? Or have you been running with a Check Engine Light On for some time? Was there a precipitating (no pun on hurricanes intended) event? (e.g. work done, accident. critters nesting)

I was driving with the check engine light on before and after the hurricanes and got the problem fixed both times, or they just cleared the lights (check engine, slip, tsp).
Yes, we got hit by 2 category 5 hurricanes within 2 weeks and brought my car to the mechanics that stayed on island and tried to help, but unfortunately couldn't do much.
No critters nesting.
Looked like only exterior damage to car after hurricane (one never knows tho), no accidents.
One person offered me $1,200.00. I think it's too low in my opinion, cause it only has between 44-45 thousand miles and if they have the money and skills the car will last them over 100,000 miles.
