Chrome Roof Strips

hey can anyone please tell me what are the chrome strips that start at the windshield and go to the rear. are they replaceable is any of it fixable 2005 here

You can take them off, prep and paint them, and reinstall.

You can probably buy them from the dealer but you are gonna pay.
