2004 valve body / frame in the way

I am trying to remove the valve body out of the transmission. there is a suspension frame in the way. I'm missing about 1" clearance to get the valve body out, any tips? i'm thinking if I can remove this bolt (image below) it may give me that xtra 1". i am wondering if engine should be supported or loosening just one bolt and securing it back is fine? anyone dealt with this and can offer suggestions?

Yes, I would support the engine so it does not drop, detach the front engine mount (by the radiator) from the engine and then remove the bolt your talking about. You might have to drop the bolt on the other side as we. Check that nothing is connected between the sub frame and the engine/car that will break when you drop the sub frame.
