If it's rubbing on the outside of the tire, narrow tires or possibly roll the fenders. If it's rubbing on the inside of the tire, spacers. Hard to say without knowing where it's rubbing.
#1883
Understood. I guess I can assume that the rubbing when backing up is the outside because it only does it when the wheel is at a certain angle. When driving, it certainly sounds like the inside of the wheel well. I'm getting close to getting rid of the wheels. It sucks because they look awesome.

Been on coils for two years and has not gone bad yet, this car is a lease anyway so I don't really care they will fix it if it breaks plus cv joints are $300 so that's nothing and they pop in an out easy cuz I pulled it out by mistake and popped it back in.
#1896
ALL coilovers make that noise due to the threads that are on the shocks but the car d ride great no bouncing when I get in it at all and the good thing about the Megan racing design is that the shock a spring travel when you lower it do it always has full travel on shock

Wooow thats nice BBmaxi damn I love those wheels I wanna do something monoblock but still aggressive fit. My car runs all overvthere place but it comes with the territory
#1899
ya monoblock concave seems to be the more popular choice these days, on top of that this is a pretty "lean" design. "lean" as in not much metal is used for the design. Very minimal aluminum thus keeping the weight down. I weighed these and they are 28-29 lbs. Not bad for cast aluminum 20" replicas.
You can get them in a lower offset to get your fitment spot on. The max a35 can take in such a low offset, it's not even funny.

none of the alignment is corrected yet, it's probably running a -1.5 camber and the rears probably a -2.5.
I usually just let one side of the tire camber out and change sides and let the other side of the tire wear out. Kinda like beating camber wear at it's own game haha.
I'm slightly stretching 245 35 20 but you can easily do 255 35 20, you may have to shave the rear fenders on 255 35 20 but it will feel a little softer on the ride.
as of now, there is absolutely no rubbing. It's nuts because I'm riding super low and still no rubbing problems thanks to the camber and tire stretch.

I have the same measurements and mine rubs a tiny bit in the front if I hit a dip too hard. The back doesn't rub at all. Yours might not rub at all since some brand tires can run a little big.
#1913
Thanks again,

I found out that the wheel I'm interested in also comes in +45mm offset. Would this help or hurt as far as potential rubbing goes? My options are 22x8.5 +35mm and 22x8.5 +45mm. Both would go with 245/30/22 tires. I previously had 22x9 +40mm with 255/30 and had a lot of rubbing on turns and bumps.

Don't really have the option for a test fit, ordering online. Argh. Torn on which offset to go with. Leaning towards +35mm since you have the same setup with only minor issues, unless someone else has +45mm and can provide some info.
