I don't know about everyone else, but the only NISMO part I have ever seen for any Maxima were the 19-inch rims for the 6.5 gen Maximas

have you found anything yet?
Unfortunetly, Nismo isn't the first this time. They must be distracted with the GTR-Vspec.
Stillen has a full Catback system and hi-flow intake system for the 2009 Maxima.
I had them installed a few days ago.
Sounds awesome!! The exhaust has a deeper throatier sound, the intake has a real performance sucking air sound. The bottom end torque improved as well as the power band..The sound and the performance are easy to identify by other drivers.
They cost me about $2000 installed.
I live up in Canada, so I had to pay extra for taxes and freight.
But if you want a cool upgrade, this is the best bang for your buck!
You can order it through their web site.
Check'm out, they have other stuff too.

I'm hoping for a custom tune kit ... parts plus ecu upgrade/reprogram for an extra 45 50 hp

Anyone know if this will happen in the future for the 09 Max ?

Who knows. I wouldent wait around for NISMO unless your really into their stuff. They took about a year to release anything for the 07' Altimas and that was just the Exhaust. The body components took over a year and a half and there is still no intake for the 07' + Altimas
