Thumbs down Need help: Huge knock after 25 mph

Hey guys i need some help, i installed the eibachs on friday, everything was fine....Yesterday night i went to drive the car and pulled off my block and heard boom boom. Now today its even louder and its coming from the back, but i noticed the noise stops everytime i apply the break. And it only happens about after 25 mph. Now should i bring it to my mechanic, or bring it to the dealer where i have a feeling there gonna blame it on the springs?

Take the wheel off and give everything a once over first, it's probably related to your work, if you don't find anything I'd take it to an independant first and if it's something that might be covered under warranty then bring it to the dealer 2nd.

Take it back to whoever installed your springs and have them check it out.

Hey same here I took it to the dealer and they said it was the struts but when they kept it overnight they said the springs and bushings weren't lubricated. No noise at all now and it drives like a dream.

ok guys the noise was gone for a couple of days, but now i noticed it rained here and when i went to drive the car this morning, the noise came back, So anyway came back home and decided to wet the underneath of the car more, by the back wheels and brakes, Then i took the car out again right after and omg the noise was even louder, it was really bad, I also noticed sometimes the sound gets louder/quiter when i press on the break. Im gonna have to take it back to the dealer, Do you have have any idea what this could be? I just really hope the dealer dont blame it on the eibach springs
