clear spoiler light

just ordered a clear spoiler light to replace the red one... I think this will look sharp on the silver.

Should be here next week. I'll get it installed and take some pics for everyone.

www.spoilerlights.com

i got the 16.5 h style clear.

I did not see one there for the 2009 Maximas, just up to 2008.

I like the red, goes well with the tail-lights, but the white should go nice with the white part on the tail-lights

I would think that would be illegal? It's supposed to be a stop light, which is red - or are the leds red?

Quote from the website "This light has a clear lens and the LED's light up red when illuminated"

But if you ask me I think it will look strange but that is just me..

here is the final outcome...

i will warn you. this is not for the faint of heart when it comes to electrical wiring... the wires that come with the stock spoiler are very short. So I had to wire in an extension and then the spoiler light...

Fits very good, almost disappears on my car. i like it!

Cool find. Always good to have something different. Nice to have options. I smoked mine so it matches with the tails.

Nice, clean look. The debadging adds to it- that's the first thing I did to mine. 2nd was replace the license plate lights with super white (a la Lexus & Bimmer). Looks great at night when clean.

Do you have any night time pics?
I'm thinking about getting this done to my white max.

Sorry about this. I know, I know. I just had to ask. I'm sure by now, other members are also interested in this as well.
