Service manual around yet for 7th gen?

Just curious if the service manual for a 7th gen maxima is available. I don't think anyone has ventured far enough yet on the 7th gen to take pictures of it taken apart. I'm just curious to see if they exhaust system design is the same as a 6th Gen.

Just as I had expected... they still haven't changed the exhaust manifold design to relocate or change the pre-cats... Maybe the Infiniti G series even has the same or similar design, anyone know off hand?

Is there any reason to change it?

Wondering what you mean, specifically, by same design. The layout is obviously different, as well as location since the Maxima is FWD and the G is RWD.

No just wondering about the exhaust manifold, the problems with 6th gens I would think are still inherent in the 7th gen and Infiniti G's. After reviewing the drawings they all have the same setup with regards to the pre-cat locations. I don't think they want to really address the issue of pre-cats failing just after the warranty period or a little before.

VSS and brake signal

Hi can someone with a service manual point out to me the VSS the vehicle speed signal and the brake signal that goes into our nav/stereo unit. I like to put in a DPDT switch so I can bypass the security feature of not being to watch DVDs while moving, and etc.

If there is some write up already can someone link it I haven't found it yet.

Thank You

I wish there was a paper copy of the service manual for purchase as well.
I have the pdfs linked above, but I am not about to print 3000+ pages off on my printer.

I did the ebrake/vss mod for video in motion/programming nav while in motion for a 2010, I brought it to my local car shop, behind the radio is a 32 pin connector. Green and red wire is the e brake, violet and white is the VSS. We put regular on and off switches for both(probably could have just grounded e brake), and it works fine.
