I finally sold my car I should have traded in for the Maxima today. Instead of doing private, I just went to dealer I got it from and 10 years later they made me an offer, I was out the door in 20 minutes. I didn't even buy a new car from them, they gave me whole sale price and I took it and ran. Couple grand I can now send to nissan to help pay off the Max! NOT a bad option unless you are trying to get every dollar, but for the ease of it, I would do this again if I had to sell an extra car.

Figured anyone thinking the same thing might be interested in this option.

I called three dealers in the AM and they all said they would make me an offer on it. One wasn't even the same make as the car I was selling. I think there is a good used car market out there, cheap cars, sports cars, SUVs, whatever...I think dealers are looking at turning around and making 400-500 bucks on a used car more than they were before.
