that looks sweet man, have you thought about doing the rear valence? and, how well does it stick to/come off of the paint on the car?...it shouldnt hurt the paint should it?

Thanks. I did do the rear but i didnt take a picture because it didnt come out right. I had used painters tape and it was near impossible to hit the curves properly so i will redo when warmer temps come around.

But i also did experiment on the front with a few looks. Pretty simple to just peel it off and its like it was never there, but just in case i used Bug and Tar remover to completely clean it.

I've been using this stuff for awhile now.

Done several sets of wheels, emblems and grilles.

It's AMAZING.

I shot one of my powder coated G35's the other day to see how it would look.

Ended up peeling it back off and sent them to be powder coated again... lol

Heres a few pics and a little video.

Here's another set I played with.

Didnt like the look so I peeled it off but left the rivets black.

BTW, taping tires off is NOT necessary.

The paint does NOT stick to the tires, let it dry and it falls right off.

Taping with plasti dip for hard lines is not a good idea either. It really sticks to the tape.

Any questions, feel free to PM.

If anyone has done the emblem in the back I'd love to know the best way to do it. Should I use blue painters tape or what?

I am eager to try this stuff after seeing the removal video posted above. I took the hard way by using vinyl to test out the looks on my front end,ETC.This may be perfect if it doesnt have any ill affects from being on painted surfaces during the hot summer months?

Not to be a killjoy here, but I would be concerned with the chemical compounds in the Plasti Dip interfering with the coatings on the wheels and on the trim long term. One would think that the chemicals in the Plasti Dip could in fact wear off the clear coat on the wheels making them pit prematurely as well as the chrome coating on the trim pieces.

When you plasti dip spray the grille do you spray the whole grille or just tape off the chrome and spray that

it took me forever to get those off. i scratch my hands in the process but what you can also do is use a screw driver to press the clip out.

I sprayed the whole thing, remember to un-clip the nissan emblem off the grille unless you're spraying it too
