I vote for hypersilver. You can see the design and concave better with that color.

Black cuz it gives the car more contrast. Too much of one color isn't always good IMO.

Absolutely agree. Black hides the design of a wheel period...does a fine job of drawing attention away from itself, and to the car if that's what you want.

But that hypersilver allows you to see the detail in the design of the wheel, and even gives you reason to focus on it...

Go black, it is the new Chrome/Silver you know, plus everybody already has those silver or chrome looking wheels on their car. I bet your car will look more unique with Black Rims, mine does.

See my pics in the link in my Sig.

Good luck

Wink

Specs for the wheels are 19x8.5 et 30 and 19x10 et 38 ..

cost for wheels are 1300 shipped... vossen wheels are too heavy.. i wanted to go with something a bit lighter and... i think these wheels will look hot.. they look like the oem maxima sport wheels but with some concave to them!!

im leaning towards black.... i think the contrast will look sick!!

will keep you guys updated!!!

The black rims make you focus on the car, the silver rims make you look at both the car and then the rims. All black rims (without a chrome lip) remind me of the look you get when people take their hubcaps off their stock rims.

I agree with the choice of hyper silver. I've actually been looking at the Breyton GTS-AV in 19" which are very similar to the ones you posted above. With this type of wheel design, you get to see so much more of the wheel and what makes it pop vs one in gloss black. Just my .02 cents!

For some reason, I like silver on wheels. My son put 19" black Enkies on his black 1997 Supra a few years ago and it just looks wrong in my opinion. Black rims remind me of brake dust. Just my 2 cents.

All black looks like they originally bought silver then decided to Plastidip them flat black.

Go with silver, you'll regret going with black.

I luv this wheel.. always have , but i found these wheels that has the right amount of Concave to them which would give the max a Nyce presentation to go along with the Natural curves of the Max. but i must add that

you Guys are totally right...as i did my own research , the HYPERSILVER wheel will def. fit better on my silver max.. so Hyper silver it is for me... will post pics once i order and fitted on the max----- Good lQQkin out Fellas!!!!

Glad we could be of assistance to you man! Let me know the offset and backspacing specs when you order. I thought about doing spacers, but would rather wait to have the right offset built into the new rims I'm going to order

glad you decided with silver....the black wheels hide the design of the wheel,,,,plus i think the "black wheel" fad is fading away and it's going back to normal silver or silver with black backing.....

Yeah I think that the hyper silver is the better choice for your car. Although I also like the hyper black, for me I think it would offer a nice contrast against my white Max. What is the offset for this wheel?

I personally like the silver with a silvr car. Although I do agree, if you go hyper black you need to do dark tints. And perhaps even with tinted headlights, etc.

I would do silver to much contrast doesn't always make the car
Look good...the silver will give u a nice clean look...and believe me I'm a fan of the
Black rim just ordered some gloss black rims with a black lip myself but that because I'm over the whole blk/chrome combo everyone seem to have and my car is black, lol!

Dude, go with what you think you like, get a much info from this and other websites. Look at other cars with different combinations that match the color and style of your car.
Never be worried about "I should of done this or I should have of done that".
Very few of us have the latest or the greatest. The latest is fleeting and always changing.
Do something you feel is unique and individual to your ride and be proud of it.
