Looks good buddy, tell me you have a beauty plate to cover the speakers. Also Who did that work for you? They did pretty well. PM me with details, interested in cost as well, you dont have to tell me what you paid, just give me a range. Congrats on the set up

yeah that pic was taken before the cover was made for it. I will take a few more pics and post later.

I got the work done by Gran Turismo, they are located in queens, intersection of Alantic Ave and Rockaway Blvd.

All said and done cost about 1700.

That's another vid of those guys showing more of the sytem setup's.

If it helps you I built a mean box for 2 12's that port through the armrest and there is not 1 thing that rattles anywhere. And I will put it up against a few other in its class for the win. Your are welcome to check it out anytime. I head to the SI meet on Tuesday nights with other Max's if like to meet there one night to see and feel it?Your rear deck looks good finished.

they are O2 8inch mid-range with the magnet mounted to the front to save from cutting the metal in the rear deck to fit them.

I actually like the Kicker Digital Amps; they help to reduce the ground loops, not completely but a pretty good job.

I want to put a double din in, but i don't want to loose my stealing-wheel controls...

you dont have to lose steering wheel controls, all you need a a pacwx module, I think metra sells one as well. so no need to cry, lol

Yeah I had one before in my altima; I really did not like it; I want it to be hard wired, do you know if they have a hard wired one, or is the version the one where you would need to mount an IR module?

For the rear deck it took about 3 days from start to finish. it looks like the normal trunk, you don't notice anything different, all the panels fit right into place and everything. I did not take any pics of that and its too late for me to do it now... sorry

Does anyone know if installing subs and an amp voids the warranty for electrical components in general, or does it just void the audio system components of the warranty?

I suppose that depends on who you deal with, and depending of how much of an *** or friend they want to be?

If you need any help with building a bandpass box just say so. Its pretty easy to design one but from my experience do not use heavy cone woofers. What I mean by this is a woofer that is made with a thick material. This simple rule has helped when designing bandpass enclosures. I got a 2010 MAX and I got 2 woofers in a bandpass through the top 6x9 deck cut outs. So not need to cut armrest hole just need to seal real well.

Hey bud, if you could help that would be great. I have a rear deck so i cant port through the deck, but i would not mind doing it thru the arm rest. Any diagrams? i want to do it for 2 L7z. Let me know..
Thanks.
