Do you only have a one way rocker switch? aka "cold weather pkg" or do you have the rotary dial in the premium? If its the rotary dial good luck. I am still fighting nissan to fix my seat. If its the rocker switch then have them go check it might be just the LED or possibly you have the same issue us premium drivers are having.

If you are saying that your heater still works and only light is out, then I highly doubt the Nissan will pay for the repair. Light bulbs usually fall under wear and tear items. Does not hurt to call the dealer and find out though.

Us premium seat folks are stuck with defective seat heaters. I am going through the repair process with my dealer now.

Have had issue since i got my 2011 in Jan. 5 times back to dealer and now nissan involved. Sending Nissan tech to look at car after changing everything other than the seat......

I recommend calliing NISSAN directly and dont take any answer except sending a rep to look at car...

bad heated set

i have the rotary (right hot, left cold). it went out, doesn't work. parts changed ect. Three trips to the dealer, no luck. "Nissan engineers are working on it". Very unsatisfiying. Worse, no one seems to care. Maybe its time for a class action suit

After several visits to the dealler i called NISSAN and they sent a factory tech to redo the seat. The dealer service manager tried to explain what they did, i said as long as it works i dont care.
It works great and the cooling is working great as well.

I suggest you call NISSAN directly and press the point with them, they will react

Bump! I replaced leds in each switch only to find out that there are two leds in each one. I need the bulb that makes them illuminate when you turn the headlights on. Any help? It has like a little condom on it. lol
