Quick question, can we add the Y-pipe with stock exhaust or do we have to add the remaining exhaust end?

I would suggest ypipe cut off resignator then get borla boomers 4inch tip or magnaflow and put ur stock tip, go to YouTube type 2009 Maxima magnaflow exhaust I made some sound clips. Sounds way better then that bs overpriced borla catback garbage

 

I have a 2010 Maxima. Where can I find the exhaust tips found on the 2011 Maxima? I would love to simply replace the exhaust tips without any major surgery. Help.

 

Go to any muffler shop and look for rolled edge tips That look similar. Im pretty sure you will still have to cut and weld though.

would the apexi world sport2 exhaust system fit out car? why i asked is because i bought it brand new for my Mitsubishi eclipse 98 and i sold the car before i could install it so i still have it rap and in box.
i want to make sure before i put it up for sale..

 

I happen to also like the rolled tips of the 2011's so I stopped by my local Nissan Dealership and inquired about the newer tips.
It ends up that the only way to get the 2011 Nissan Max tips is to purchase the 2011 muffler$$$, they're one in the same....go figure.
(As mentioned above) your local muffler shop should be able to fix you up for a fraction of that cost.

 

Please explain why you think the Borla is garbage? Pretty harsh words for such a subjective category. Sorry but I'll take a non-drone purpose built and engineered exhaust system with a lifetime warranty versus some home built DIY rust trap any day of the week.

Not liking something because you don't like the sound doesn't make a product in your words "garbage"
