Ichiba Spacers v2

I wanna start off with I was never a fan of spacers, I always thought they looked stupid because people had their wheels sitting an inch out from their fenders. After seeing a few people get 15-20mm spacers with the stock 19's on here though and seeing how it makes the wheels lines up cleanly with the fenders has got me reconsidering.

Has anyone had any problems with the Ichiba v2 Spacers? As long as they're torqued to 85 ft/lbs they should be fine, right? How far out can you come before the fender starts rubbing when going over speed bumps/etc? I'm guessing I'll need an alignment after installing since it's going to affect the camber a little, or no?

I know what some people are going to say - don't f around with spacers just get rims with the proper offset. I'll be honest - I love the stock 19's and don't really want to get 20's or anything like that just yet. Gives me a mod to look forward to in the future when I get tired of the stock rims anyway.

So assuming I'm sticking with the stock 19's, would you bother getting spacers if you were me? Is the stance it gives the car worth it in your opinion? Thanks for any feedback, whether it be hate or love.

Definitely go with the 25mm offsets and then post up the pics, I've been considering getting them myself but I wanted to see how they looked on someone else's car before considering them.

VQ you say you're selling 25mm cause they rub too much in the back even with your fenders rolled. Sounds to me like 20 is the most I should go? Especially since I'm already lowered?

It depends on the wheels you have. Offsets, tire size, chassis, all play a role. Mind you Im an a32.

Youre rockin stock wheels right?

Would you have done 25mm both front and back? What did you torque all your lugs to?

I might have gone with 25R and 20F..for the stagered look...I took my car to a very reliable shop here in Long Island, NY..(owner is on nycmaximas.org, he service most of the MAX owners here in nyc) so he tookcare of that..don't know what torque he use..I had no problems with mine(almost 9mths now)..He also work on ShadowX car..
If u want to go with 25R/20F, we can swap pairs..

Rear wheels on a 7th arent as tucked? They definitely are on A32's and A33's. For our chassis, to get a uniform look, rear needs to be at least 10-15mm larger than the front.

Just got my Ichiba Spacers v2 in today and installed them...25mm in the rear, 20mm in the front...painted the calipers black while I was at it...damn what a big improvement to the wheel area

Before spacers

After spacers

Hella flush. Damn this **** looks aggressive now.

Not sure exactly. With the stock rims you were right, 20 in the front 25 in the rear is PERFECT. Thanks for the tips man like god damn you were dead on the money.

Here are some farther away pics to better see how flush it sits now. I look at the before pics and my car looks stupid; that's how happy I am with these spacers. Gonna check on em in a day or so to see how the bolts are doing and make sure everything is staying torqued correctly.

Oh and I haven't washed my car in over a month and a half, I only cleaned the wheels today. Meguiar's wax + california duster = hell yes.

I'm planning on cracking the headlight and painting the housing black and changing out that yellow reflector for a clear one. Still hunting for someone who will do it for a reasonable price, lowest I've been quoted is 500....considering trying it myself with a random headlight first then mine.

nice and wide now!

do your tire rub at all ?do the front tires rub when making turns ? do the rear tires rub when going over bumps and stuff ? did u have to roll the rear fenders ?

amazing how u can stick a 1 inch spacer on a front wheel drive car and still need a bit more. This is the only front wheel drive car that gives this much room, in fact, it give more room than a rear wheel drive lexus 2006+ GS.

the rear does look like it can do another 10mm, this would make it a total of 35mm!

I haven't noticed any rubbing yet and I didn't roll the fenders. I'm going to do some more testing and see how it does but so far so good! I could sort of tell a slight difference when driving too. I love the look it gives, like a bulldog stance.

I don't know if I'd go much farther out than I have, it has a very slight tuck at the top but that ends up looking nice in person. Pics really don't do it justice, it just looks "right" now.

looks great!

I have been debating this for a month or so now on my 5.5gen. I was thinking of buying these - what did you pay for your spacers? ( I amcurious what a typical price is)

Question

I have never considered spacers until now, with my 2011 Maxima. So, from what I'm hearing, Ichiba is the best brand and the offset should be 25mm in the rear and 20mm in the front? This will cause absolutely no rubbing, right?

curious about this as well, shot the OP a PM, looking to do 25 in the rear 20 in the front, dropped on eibachs with the stock 19's, wanna make sure theres no rubbing, also curious if the amount u drop effects the spacers rubbing, im only looking to do an inch w the eibachs, whatd the OP do? is the full 1.5in where its at?

man, it makes a world of difference, but I am concerned with the lug nuts stripping due to the spacers. I had 5mm spacers on my honda and stripped out 4 of the 5 lug nuts on my front wheels due to a short lug stud. has anyone had any issues with this?

the ichiba v2 spacers have their own lugs on them, different design. you will need a 4 wheel alignment afterwards, there was a little negative camber on the rear tires

i saw the spacers today when I picked up my eibachs. its neat how the design will mount to the existing lugs and have an additional 5 lugs on the spacer. that is why they r 120 a pop. i think i need to get these to complete the look. but then again, i spent 250 today on springs, its 250+120 to buy and paint my stillen front lip and 240 for spacers. $860 in one week for the whip? oh boy decisions decision. i need to sell more cars this week to make that commisson!

though i dont have a 7th gen, i had 15mm spacers on my 6th gen with m45 19's on stock ride height. No issues.

Also, if anyone wants to know, i have inchibia v2 bolt on spacers for sale, used less than 5 months, only took out because i got 20's and the offlets were perfect.

m45 19" offset is +50 yikes on a 6th gen, lol
