It looks good the way it is IMO. If your going for a murdered out look then you would have to paint the headlights, door handles, etc too

Agreed. Helps break up the sea of black you have going on with the front end.

Since you've already screwed it up with the flat black look, how much worse could it be with the emblem flat?

What's with all this flat stuff, don't you guys know you can get gloss and clear over that????

It looks ok but with the black grille. It's going to kind of look off. I did that with Duplicolor gloss black a while ago. Just to give you an idea of what that looks like, here's an old pic:

It's okay to leave somethings alone right? Sometimes less is better. On the other hand I do like the all black grill that your sporting now. Looks good as it is.

I do think that the flat against the super black does look pretty good. It's a good contrast and original.

I would go gloss black if I did anything but I really think the original chrome looks pretty good. Not really too much or overdone.

no . i apply the vinyl while they were on the car. all you need is heat gun to do the door handle cuz of the curves on the handles

lmao. the door handles are the hardest to door with vinyl but once you get the hand of using heat gun, its a piece of cake

The contrast between the chrome emblem and the black grill looks good. Really makes the emblem stand out

Since you already got a VIP theme going on with the black and chrome grille. I would just build on that and leave the chrome the way it is.

I painted my door handles black and it looks soooooo much better, but that's where I'm goin to leave it I'm keepin both hamburgers chrome and the piece above the plate as well as the window trim...I have all black 22s that I'm putting on but I didn't want to murda it completely. There's pics in another thread....door handles were a must for me but everything else not so much!
