Weird Noise

Everytime I drive making a right turn or on the green light i go or stop I have a weird sound comming from my front right wheel. It sounds like a RUUMp, like you take a shovel and scrape it against the floor. Not loud or anything just weird and I know its not suppose to do that. Anyone can help me out on his one please. Thank You!

Your inner wheel fender, the piece of plastic in your wheel well, might also be loose??? Could...maybe....be a hub but you should also expect some road noise on the highway if that is shot.

Is your car under warranty? If so, bring it to the dealer and let them figure it out.

No when I drive it's perfect. But when I stop and go or make a right turn it has that noise I don't know how to describe it like plastic clunk or something. My car drives normal it has no signs of anything broken... That's what I think. It's under warranty but I'll let me personal mechanic check it out first. Car is leased but I lowered it with Eibach's it has nothing to do with springs because I had that sound before I installed them. It wasn't like that every stop and go like right now, only overnight when I started the car left my p lot and it just clunked once and all good now it's everytime I stop and go. It's bugging the **** out of me!

I had roughly the same sound in my 2010 when making right turns. Dealer replaced the upper strut insulator mount and an insulator on the top of the coil spring which got rid of the noise.

Nope, drove perfectly fine except for the clunking noise. There's actually a TSB (NTB10-020) for this issue.

If your car is under warranty, and you didn't cause the problem (pot holes usually don't count, but performance mods could depending on the dealer), then it becomes Nissan's problem to fix the car. Just be polite, especially since there is a TSB out, it shouldn't be hard to get fixed and at no cost.

I actually had the same problem with mine, took it to the dealer, showed them on a road test, they fixed it no problems asked. Most need the work with the industry being so slow so they will be happy to fix whatever they can.

Could be a defect, get it fix if you still have warranty.

Oh yeah, might be a ball joint problem?
