Mine has made the POS list but some how I still love the car. 10 trips for the heated seat. 3 for the squeak in the rear suspension. 2 for failure to start issues. Now having an issue of a humming/howling coming from the front end between 50 and 90 kph. Goes in again monday. Not bad for 2010 with 36 000kms on it.

haha ain't that the truth, I used to own a 3 series and it was a disaster, electrical problems, my oil filter housing cracked. there is no perfect car out there. and those BMWs, not cheap to fix

i have a maxima S with 120k on the odo and the only problem i had was the axle boot ripping 20K miles ago and i have to change my lower control arms soon. my stock shocks are still in tact and working fine with eibach lowering springs on them.... i think some people just drive with there eyes closed.
good luck with a 3 series you gonna have racket pinion problems if your blowing shocks on a maxima.

currently have the stock shocks on for the winter and coilovers for the spring summer fall

another reason why i got the base model dont need all that fancy glass rattling stuff.

Seek the advice of a lemon-law attorney.

Let him/her handle your situation.

I bought the car used at 27k Miles and Now I am at 33500. Here are my issues, and Nissan keeps insisting they are fixed...NEVER.

Problems:
Rear Suspension - Making Way to Much Noise
Radio Static - Nissan claims they havent heard it the first time or second, but "tightened bolts" - Like that would even do anything. Now its terrible.
Front right side Passenger Stereo - Terrible Ticking Noise, like a bolt is lose or its just shot.
Cheap Sherwin William or Sherman William, whatever the hell its called - Paint - So Cheap, that's all I have to say..

I love my car though, Granted I know how to work on cars, I managed to fix the rest of the issues, but these, I will not touch because I think Nissan should do some work especially when I spent 27k for the 09 Max SV. No Navigation.

I Haven't changed anything but Deleted Resonators and a Racingline Performance Y-Pipe too the car, so atleast I know it has some value on it. With that being said, a couple of years, I might be looking at the new Dodge Charger or a Lexus.

Nevertheless though, I really do enjoy my car, its really nice! So lets call it, a Love, Hate relationship!
