Intake spacers and LED Mod

Hey guys,

I'm looking to get the CXJ PERFORMANCE 2pc 7th Gen Thermal Phenolic Spacers for my intake and some small LED strips for the bottom of my 7th gen near the fog lights in that area where there's that 6 inch rectangular plastic piece that sticks out near the fog lights on each side. Any reccomendations on what i should get for the LED's and where i can buy the CXJ spacer?

Thanks,

New plates on the way, guess what they're going to say!

Or no LEDs.

They're just so over-done, now...but to each their own.

Here's the thread with the purchase link for CXJ Thermal Spacers - http://forums.maxima.org/group-deals...ml#post8279165

As far as the LED's, maxxxxxxxxxxspeed is right the V-leds 6" LED strip is your easiest to install and doesn't cost too much. If you don't end up liking it later you can rip it off in about 5 seconds. Don't listen to these other guys, it's your car bro do what you want to it.

Thanks for the info guys appreciate it! And I talked to my boy, who knows a lot about cars and stuff and he told me how the spacers dont really do anything in adding horsepower to the car and what not. Can you guys clarify this for me? I'm new to modding and when I see "+ xx whp" I do this .

Thanks,

to be honest man it sounds like your boy doesn't know as much about cars as he is telling you. intake spacers definitely make power, we even have dyno charts to prove it. im curious what his reasoning is that they dont make power? you space the manifold and throttle body out reducing heat transfer, you bypass the throttle body taking away hot coolant again a reduction in temperatures, and also have more room for air with the increased volume the spacers provide...more room and colder temps.
